RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests, within 12 hrs. of placing your order. Since, its a made on order business, we cannot accommodate refund/ cancellation requests after the order has been placed.

We accept refunds only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped out to you. You will have to email us an UNBOXING VIDEO/ PHOTOGRAPH at admin@countoncookies.com OR WhatsApp at+91-7982364981 within 12 hours of receiving the wrong/damaged product. Refunds will be initiated after the necessary inspection, quality checks of the product. We take 14 days to refund the amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
